Evening Program: Historians as Detectives

The following press release was published by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service on Aug. 28, 2014. It is reproduced in full below.

Photographs can provide important information about people, places, and events for anyone trying to uncover mysteries of the past. Join a ranger for an interactive program that will demonstrate the role that photographs played in the restoration of the Russian Bishop’s House and give participants an opportunity to sharpen their own detective skills by viewing and analyzing some of these historic photographs.
