Temporary Closure of the Mount Locust Site

The Natchez Trace Parkway will close the Mount Locust Historic Home and Information Center (milepost 15.5, 15 miles north of Natchez, MS) from Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 to Wednesday, February 4, 2015. The site will reopen and resume normal hours onThursday, February 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to drive the Natchez Trace Parkway, and enjoy the scenic beauty and rich cultural history.
