Planning a trip to Denali National Park and Preserve that will be fun for the whole family can be daunting. To assist anyone coming to the park with children, the National Park Service has produced a new guidebook to help families plan and enjoy their visit to the park. Available for free online, Denali with Kids is for parents and guardians who want to create a vacation that appeals to all ages.
Denali with Kids is designed for families who are traveling to Denali and are hoping to make lasting memories. The guide unlocks Denali's secrets by covering everything from the best places to camp and hike with kids to important safety and logistical information. It not only serves to help plan a trip, but also includes inspiring parent testimonials and fun family photos.
Denali with Kids is currently available for download as either a high or low-resolution PDF, and will soon be available for loan in Denali's visitor centers. If you would like to request a copy for your facility, or for more information, please email Sierra McLane or call her, at 907-683-6436.
