Do you have information about recent vandalism along the Chilnualna Falls Trail in Yosemite?
If you see something suspicious in a National Park Service (NPS) site, stay safe and tell us about it !
Together, we can protect our treasured park sites. We encourage people to contact any NPS employee for help in reporting suspicious activity, and we understand that it may take time to reach park personnel and/or areas with cell or internet service.
In one recent incident, US Park Rangers in Yosemite National Park are investigating vandalism along the Chilnualna Falls Trail. At around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, rangers received an anonymous tip that someone had vandalized rocks along the trail. The reporting person said the graffiti was not there when they left earlier that day.
The unknown suspects wrote "I came, I saw, I vandalised National Park Property" and signed "Phyllis M" and "Kino 16."
Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have information about this vandalism. If you were in the area that day, please contact us.
