Nemo Picnic Area Improvement Project Scheduled December 1-2

Obed Wild & Scenic River will be rehabilitating the Nemo Picnic Area, with work scheduled to begin (weather depending), December 1. The picnic area will be closed for paving Friday, December 2. Otherwise the area will remain open with access to the comfort station, parking, and river access.

This project includes the replacement of existing picnic tables, concrete pads, and cooking grills. Once complete, the Nemo Picnic Area will be ADA accessible to include pathways and parking.
