Prospectus Available for Mountaineering Guide Service Concession Contracts in Denali

The National Park Service (NPS) intends to award multiple concession contracts for providing mountaineering guide services to the public within Denali National Park and Preserve. The proposed contracts will have a term of Jan. 1, 2019 through Dec. 31, 2028. The solicitation, selection, and award of the concession contract will be conducted pursuant to 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 51.

These concession contracts are for mountaineering guide services in the original Mt. McKinley National Park known as the “Old Park" as well as “New Park" southern additions. Commercial Use Authorizations will continue to be issued for the “New Park" southern additions only. A map may be referenced in the Business Opportunity.

The written prospectus is available to interested applicants. It includes the business opportunity, proposal instructions, proposal package (with selection factors), draft contract and exhibits, and a draft operating plan. It is posted on the NPS Commercial Services website.
