Saguaro National Park, Tucson Mountain District, Offers a Wilderness Camp during the Holiday Break

Saguaro National Park’s Tucson Mountain District (west) will offer a three day Wilderness Camp for youth ages 11-14 years old on December 27-29, 2018.

Camp hours are Thursday - 10:30a-9:00p, Friday - 10:30a-9:00p, and Saturday - 11:30a-8:00p

and end with a celebration and ceremony. While waiting for your child to hike out, please join us at the family campfire where hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows will be served 30 minutes before pickup each night. Participants must be 11-14 years old as the camp experience is designed for the physical, intellectual, and emotional abilities of that age group.

The camp fee is $50.00 per child. Space is limited and reservations are required. Scholarships are available. Camp fees and registration paperwork must be received by December 19th to ensure participation.
