Debris Removal Project Trail Closure Update 4

The storm debris removal project at Fort Pulaski National Monument will resume on Monday, February 3rd. Project work is winding down in in the areas north and west of historic Fort Pulaski. While the North Pier and Lighthouse Trails will remain open, the nature trail, John Wesley Monument, and portions of the dike system will be closed for visitor safety. Please stay out of marked closed areas while work is in progress.

Travel between the picnic area and historic Fort Pulaski may be made via the North Pier and Picnic Area Trails. Please refer to the provided map regarding closed and accessible areas. As the park heads into the final stretch of the project near the Fort Pulaski, the park staff continues to appreciate everyone's patience.
