Chamizal National Memorial Closed July 4th, 2020

Chamizal National Memorial follows guidance from the White House, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local public health authorities for the health and safety of our visitors and employees.

In support of local El Paso government restrictions on July 4th celebrations, which are intended to contain the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, Chamizal National Memorial will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2020.

Park grounds will close at 10 pm on Friday, July 3, 2020, and will reopen at 7 am on Sunday, July 5, 2020. The Cultural Center and administrative offices remain closed until further notice.
