Fire investigation underway in Yosemite National Park

National Park Service (NPS) firefighters and investigators are asking for the public's help to identify those responsible for igniting a wildfire in Ahwahnee Meadow on the night of July 15, 2020 in Yosemite National Park. The fire was extinguished and is believed to be human-caused.

US Park Rangers and firefighters of Yosemite National Park have investigated seven human-caused widlfires in the park in 2020.

If you or someone you know were in or near Ahwahnee Meadow after sunset on July 15, please contact us. Your information could help investigators. You don't have to tell us who you are, but please tell us what you know:
