National Park Service announces opportunities to bid on federal government contracts in Dare County, N.C.

MANTEO, N.C. - The National Park Service has several open government contracts for businesses to bid on at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site and Wright Brothers National Memorial.

Businesses that are interested in bidding on government contracts must do so through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Contract Opportunities at Fort Raleigh National Historic Site

Contract Name: Upgrade Lost Colony West Breezeway Restrooms

Description: Rehabilitate the west breezeway restrooms at the Waterside Theatre.

Contract Opportunities at Cape Hatteras National Seashore

Contract Name: Parking Area at Former U.S. Coast Guard Station Bodie Island

Description: Create a new 10-car parking area.

Description: Restore the exterior of four park houses.
