Attention, workforce! Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) individual account balances are due by Oct. 28. If you have any issues with your account, please contact the Travel Assist Team by Oct. 13.
Previously, under “Mission Critical” (MC) status, Individually Billed Accounts (IBAs) were authorized to roll over balances during the transition to new financial and travel systems. MC status expired on Sept. 30. If your balance due is not paid in full by Oct. 28, your GTCC account will become past due.
The updated status will also impact credit limits. They will now return to $9,999, except for members with outstanding balances above this amount. Any requests above the updated limit must be forwarded to the GTCC program managers for approval.
