PADUCAH, Ky. - Steve Christmas of Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership leads the EM Paducah Site’s first community tour of 2018 Saturday during a stop at the Central Control Facility. Also known as the C-300 Building, the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant's nerve center was where uranium-enrichment operations were overseen for more than 60 years. Now in their third consecutive year, the seasonal tours have oriented more than 1,200 public visitors with the history and current mission at the western Kentucky site.
