DOE Now Accepting Public Comments on Supplement to the U.S. Energia Sierra Juarez (ESJ) Transmission Line Project Final EIS

DOE is now accepting public comments on the (DOE/SEIS-0414). The 45-day comment period starts on Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 and closes on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Late comments will be considered to the extent practicable.

Comments on DOE/SEIS-0414 should be sent via email to Julie Ann Smith, Ph.D (Juliea.smith@hq.doe.gov), with comments included as an attachment, or via the U.S. Postal Service to Mail Stop OE-20, 1000 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20590. Please note: all comments submitted via U.S. mail must be postmarked by the public comment period closing date.
