Commerce Secretary Ross Testifies on the 2020 Census

Oct. 12, 2017 - Today at 10 a.m. EDT, U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross will testify before the Full House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform about the 2020 Census. The purpose of the hearing is to evaluate the U.S. Census Bureau’s efforts to redesign and modernize data collection for the 2020 Census, and to review the initial phases of the 2018 End-to-End Census Test.

Watch the hearing live, or access it in the archive later, through the committee's website. Representatives from the Government Accountability Office, U.S. Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General, and the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights will also testify.
