FY2018 Turkish Bank Modifications (GSM-102)

The following stakeholder notice was published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agricultural Service on Feb. 12, 2018. It is reproduced in full below.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) today announced that approved Turkish banks under the Export Credit Guarantee Program (GSM-102) are now approved to transact business in Israel. This is in addition to their approvals to also transact business in Turkey, the Caucasus Region, and the African continent.
