DOE is posting this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the purpose of obtaining information on current market capabilities of entities that are performing, or are eligible to perform, as Partnership Intermediaries (PI). Submission of responses or information under this Announcement does not guarantee that any potential partner(s) will be issued an agreement.
