The following Federal Register Notice was published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service on Nov. 22, 2019. It is reproduced in full below.

Summary:

The Swine Health Protection Act regulates food waste fed to swine and helps ensure that it is properly treated to kill disease causing organisms. APHIS is amending the garbage feeding regulations and move the lists of State statuses from Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) to the APHIS website. Moving the lists to the website allows APHIS to efficiently update the lists online with an accompanying public notice in the Federal Register. With this change, stakeholders will have immediate access to up-to-date information on changes in status.
