National Poultry Improvement Plan Announces Biennial Conference and General Conference Committee Meeting

Summary:

The National Poultry Improvement Plan's (NPIP) General Conference Committee will hold their annual meeting on Aug. 25, 2020. The NPIP Biennial Conference will be held on August 26-27, 2020.  Details about the meeting location and agenda are available here. The NPIP is a cooperative Federal-State-industry mechanism for controlling certain poultry diseases. It consists of a variety of programs and identifies States, flocks, hatcheries, dealers, and slaughter plants that meet disease control standards specified in the various NPIP programs.
