Artificial Intelligence to help increase productivity launched by EY and IBM

EY and IBM have announced the launch of EY.ai Workforce, an innovative HR solution that enables organizations to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their key HR business processes. EY.ai Workforce uses IBM Watsonx Orchestrate's AI and automation features in conjunction with EY's HR transformation expertise to help businesses improve their HR operations. 

Watsonx Orchestrate's natural language interface simplifies access to automations for all employees by guiding them through basic tasks like writing job descriptions and retrieving payroll reports. By putting people at the heart of technology to provide a better work experience and higher productivity, this partnership reimagines current methods of production.
