Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III announced today the president's nominations for key positions within the Navy. Navy Vice Adm. Michael E. Boyle has been nominated for reappointment to the grade of vice admiral. Currently serving as director of the Supply, Ordnance and Logistics Operations Division at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations in Washington, D.C., English's appointment will bring his logistical expertise to a new level within the Navy's leadership.
