Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Ambassador Bonnie D. Jenkins will travel to Singapore from May 31 to June 2, 2024.

In Singapore, Under Secretary Jenkins will attend the International Institute for Strategic Studies’ (IISS) Shangri-La Dialogue. This summit will mark the 21st edition of the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue, which is a crucial pillar for regional defense diplomacy.

While in Singapore, the Under Secretary will hold bilateral meetings, participate in international security assemblies, and attend side events to underscore U.S. commitment to arms control, nonproliferation, and international security.
