Washington, D.C. – TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of innovation economy CEOs and senior executives, announced Rose Feliciano as Executive Director for Washington and the Northwest Region. Based in Seattle, Feliciano will oversee TechNet’s state advocacy in Washington state, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, and South Dakota. Her first day with TechNet will be June 24.
“Rose’s years of experience leading state tech policy in the Pacific Northwest will be invaluable to our team,” said Linda Moore, TechNet’s President and CEO. “She knows our members and key policy issues, and her expertise will strengthen our industry-leading state advocacy program. I am thrilled to welcome Rose to TechNet and am excited for her to join the country’s most effective state advocacy team.”
Feliciano joins TechNet after serving as Manager of Government Affairs at Desimone Consulting Group in Seattle. In this role, Feliciano coordinated public engagement efforts and provided strategic guidance on numerous policy issues ranging from energy to transportation. Before that, Feliciano was Director of State Government Affairs for the Northwest Region at the Internet Association, where she led state advocacy efforts on tech policy across 10 states. Feliciano has also worked in state and local governments on several policy areas including public safety, environmental issues, and energy-related concerns.

TechNet’s 50-state advocacy program is focused on legislative and regulatory advocacy across the country through relationship-building among member companies and policymakers.
