Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks is scheduled to visit U.S. Central Command headquarters at MacDill Air Force Base on Tuesday, June 25, according to Pentagon Spokesman Eric Pahon.
During her visit, Deputy Secretary Hicks will meet with USCENTCOM Commander U.S. Army General Michael Kurilla and senior staff. The discussions will focus on the implementation of Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2), as well as receiving briefs on USCENTCOM's innovation efforts and threat assessments, among other topics.
Deputy Secretary Hicks is expected to return to Washington, D.C., later the same day.
