- Supporting international standards for AI at bodies like the International Organization for Standardization.

- Advancing cooperation between the United States’ and Singapore’s AI Safety Institutes.

- Exploring research collaboration between NSF and AI Singapore through grant calls on responsible AI.

- Promoting inclusive development of AI via a capacity-building program under the U.S.-Singapore Third Country Training Program.

**Digital Economy and Data Governance**

- Supporting trusted data flows to promote participation in global privacy frameworks.

- Enhancing adoption of privacy-enhancing technologies through NIST and IMDA cooperation.

- Concluding a bilateral Digital Economic Cooperation Roadmap outlining shared principles for emerging technologies.

**Biotechnology**

- Strengthening collaboration between A*STAR and JGI under a new MOU signed in June 2024.
