Two men have been sentenced for cyberstalking in separate domestic violence cases, as announced by U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
U.S. District Judge Sara E. Hill sentenced Terrance DuJuan Reed, 23, from Tulsa, to 60 months of imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release for cyberstalking. Reed is prohibited from contacting the victim or her husband. In 2021, Reed was convicted of assaulting and strangling the same victim, who is the mother of his children. Despite a five-year protective order against him, Reed violated it while being released from prison by threatening and harassing the victim.
Judge Hill also sentenced Joshua Price IV, 27, from Edmond, to 60 months of imprisonment with three years of supervised release for cyberstalking. Price admitted to harassing and threatening his victim while detained. He must avoid any contact with the victim and stay more than 100 yards away from her.
