The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) has announced the appointment of Christina Brady as its new Chief Operating Officer. The announcement was made by Gary Shapiro, CEO of CTA, who expressed enthusiasm about Brady joining the team. "We are thrilled to welcome Christina Brady to the Consumer Technology Association as our new Chief Operating Officer,” said Shapiro. “Christina’s impressive leadership experience and operational expertise will strengthen CTA and guide us as we look to the future of our association.”

Brady transitions to CTA from her previous role at the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI), where she served as COO for four years. During her tenure at IRI, she managed strategy, finance, operations, IT, HR, communications, and research departments. Her background also includes nearly 15 years at Optum and the Advisory Board Company in various leadership roles.

Kinsey Fabrizio, President of CTA, commented on Brady's appointment: “Christina brings a wealth of experience in organizational development, strategy, and business operations, and will be a fantastic addition to the CTA team.” Fabrizio noted that Brady has already demonstrated her value by fostering an inclusive workplace culture aligned with CTA's core beliefs.

Brady joins CTA during its Centennial celebration while it continues advocating for technology innovation policies.
