A federal grand jury has indicted Jensen Vazquez, 38, and Kylah Seiberg, 29, both from Jamestown, New York, on multiple drug-related charges. The charges include narcotics conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, and using a drug-involved premises. These offenses carry a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years in prison and could result in life imprisonment.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Evan K. Glaberson is handling the case. According to the indictment and previous complaints filed in August 2024, Vazquez misled his probation officer about his residence change while he was on federal supervised release. He claimed he was moving into a room on Victoria Avenue in Jamestown but instead moved in with Seiberg.
On August 17, 2024, Jamestown Police responded to an emergency call at the Victoria Avenue residence for a serious head injury incident. Paramedics found a victim shot at the bottom of a staircase. The victim survived and informed police that an individual known as “Billy” had bought a firearm from Vazquez before the shooting occurred.
During the investigation at the scene shortly after first responders arrived, officers encountered Vazquez descending from an upper apartment and Seiberg standing on the side porch. Vazquez suggested that his stolen e-bike was linked to the shooting.
Investigators executed a search warrant at their residence where they recovered various drugs including methamphetamine and fentanyl mixed with xylazine; cocaine; drug paraphernalia; handgun magazines; ammunition; and an e-bike along with a 9mm handgun found in Seiberg’s vehicle matching bullet caliber used in shooting incident.
