United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Sherice Dismang, aged 42, from Omaha, Nebraska, has been sentenced in federal court for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The sentencing took place on January 3, 2025, in Omaha. Chief United States District Court Judge Robert F. Rossiter Jr. handed down a sentence of 106 months' imprisonment to Dismang. Following her release from prison, she will serve a five-year term of supervised release.

The case against Dismang stemmed from a controlled drug transaction conducted by law enforcement on February 27, 2023, in Omaha. During this operation, Dismang met with her supplier and obtained 100 grams of lab-confirmed actual methamphetamine. She then sold the substance directly to an undercover agent.

The investigation was carried out by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
