Additionally, he will acknowledge Kosovo's support for Ukraine and assistance to Afghans in need.
In Serbia, Verma will emphasize the growing U.S.-Serbia strategic partnership on energy and other economic issues. His agenda includes supporting Serbia's integration into European institutions and normalizing relations with Kosovo. Strengthening the rule of law and enhancing military and security cooperation are also key points.
Verma's trip underscores the United States' commitment to Western Balkan countries as they seek Euro-Atlantic integration and regional cooperation.
