Cory Lamont Bostic, also known as Cory L. Neal, from Hugo, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to a charge of distributing methamphetamine. The 48-year-old admitted guilt in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
According to the indictment, Bostic was accused of knowingly and intentionally possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it on September 7, 2023. Methamphetamine is classified as a Schedule II controlled substance.
The investigation leading to these charges involved multiple agencies including the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, and the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police.
U.S. Magistrate Judge D. Edward Snow accepted Bostic's plea and ordered a presentence investigation report. Until sentencing occurs, Bostic will remain in custody under the supervision of the United States Marshals Service.
