A federal grand jury in the Western District of Wisconsin has returned several indictments involving drug trafficking and illegal firearms possession. The individuals charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Enrique Rodriguez, 41, from Las Vegas, Nevada, faces charges for distributing cocaine and possessing a firearm as a felon. The indictment alleges that Rodriguez distributed over 500 grams of cocaine on June 6, 2024, and possessed more than 5 kilograms intended for distribution on January 16, 2025. If convicted, he could face up to life in prison. This case is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven P. Anderson.
Deontrae C. McIntosh, 21, from Marshall, Wisconsin, is charged with distributing cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl among other offenses. He allegedly distributed these substances multiple times between September and November 2024. McIntosh could face life imprisonment if convicted of all charges. U.S. Attorney Timothy M. O’Shea is prosecuting the case.
Jason Barnard, 39, from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, is accused of distributing methamphetamine and fentanyl and possessing them for distribution purposes. The charges stem from incidents in October and December 2024. Barnard faces a potential life sentence if found guilty on all counts. Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Anderson is handling this case.
Johntay L. Johnson from Wausau is charged with maintaining a drug-involved premise and illegally possessing firearms as a felon between December 2023 and November 2024. He faces up to 20 years in prison for each drug count if convicted.
Cashius Carter from Sun Prairie has been indicted for illegally possessing a firearm and ammunition as a felon between June and September 2024. A conviction could result in up to 15 years in prison.
Malcolm Whiteside from Fitchburg also faces charges for illegal firearm possession as a felon on August 12, 2024.
Gregory P. Robinson from Madison is charged with distributing cocaine and maintaining a drug trafficking place during June 2024.
Lastly, Leroy T. McNamara from Chippewa Falls is accused of distributing methamphetamine on two occasions in July 2024.
These cases involve investigations by various law enforcement agencies including the DEA, FBI, ATF Madison Crime Gun Task Force among others across different jurisdictions within Wisconsin.
