U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the Del Rio Port of Entry has announced an expansion of operating hours at the Del Rio International Airport. This change, effective immediately, is aimed at accommodating the increase in international private, general aviation, and air cargo traffic.

Port Director Liliana Flores expressed enthusiasm about the development: “We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our hours of operation to keep pace with growing air traffic in our area and provide our clearance service while continuing to uphold CBP’s border security mission.”

The extended hours will apply to services related to entrance and clearance for air cargo operations.
