Robert J. "Bob" Troester U.S. Attorney | U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma
Adam Rouse, Brendan Shane Holder, Damion Blair Bradley George, and Kristopher Hauser, all residents of Oklahoma City, have admitted guilt to charges of maiming in aid of racketeering. The case, announced by U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester, involves activities linked to the Irish Mob Gang.
The four men were indicted by a federal Grand Jury on November 19, 2024, with charges related to the racketeering activities of the gang. These activities include the distribution of controlled substances, firearms trafficking, and various acts of violence. The indictment described the Irish Mob Gang as a criminal enterprise that relies on strict enforcement measures to uphold its operations, including violence orders executed by members and associates.
The indictment detailed that to secure their positions within the gang, Adam Rouse and Brendan Shane Holder severed a person's right pinkie finger with a hatchet. Additionally, a second assault involved Brendan Shane Holder, Damion Blair Bradley George, and Kristopher Hauser in burning a gang tattoo from an individual's head using a heated machete.
By April 1, 2025, all four defendants admitted their guilt to the maiming charges in connection with racketeering. Following their pleas, each defendant could face a sentence of up to 30 years in federal prison along with potential fines amounting to $250,000.
The case stems from an investigation carried out by Homeland Security Investigations and the Norman Police Department. The prosecution is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Stephen Hoch and David McCrary.
