Secretary Burgum's tour began at Mine 4 North, located in Tuscaloosa. This mine, one of the company's active underground operations, features two longwall systems. Following this, Secretary Burgum traveled to Blue Creek Mine in Berry. There, he participated in a windshield tour, observing the operations of the underground longwall mining project.
