Nikolaus Kazey Klyde Dodrill, aged 28 and a member of the Cherokee Nation from Tulsa, faces charges for "Sexual Abuse Without Consent in Indian Country" and "Witness Tampering." Francisco Javier Garibay Isais, a 45-year-old Mexican national, is charged with "Unlawful Reentry of a Removed Alien" after being previously removed in September 2023.
