The statement calls on G7 governments to support transparent trade that fosters stability and market access, prioritize innovation for all farmers, modernize outdated regulations hindering competitiveness, and advance science-based climate policies.
Rob Larew of NFU USA emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to address risks in the agri-food chain: “This is a crucial moment for family farmers and ranchers across the world... We must work collaboratively... ensuring agriculture continues to thrive for generations to come.”
