The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has expressed approval following the White House's decision to revoke a competition executive order from the Biden administration. Sean Heather, Senior Vice President for Antitrust at the U.S. Chamber, commented on the move.
"The success of the American economy is built upon free enterprise," Heather said. He criticized the previous administration's approach, saying it aimed to use government power to replace a market-driven economy. "By revoking the executive order President Trump has rightfully chosen vigorous competition that entrusts American consumers to pick winners and losers in the marketplace, not more government bureaucracy."
