A Las Vegas man has been sentenced to more than 10 years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine and fentanyl. United States District Judge Cristina D. Silva handed down a sentence of 130 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, to Richard Gleason for his role in selling the drugs. Prosecutors had recommended a sentence of 151 months.

Gleason pleaded guilty in June 2025 to one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance involving both methamphetamine and fentanyl.
