The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado announced the indictment, which includes three counts of carjacking, three counts of robbery, and five counts of brandishing a firearm during these incidents.

According to the indictment, Clodfelter is accused of carjacking a 2013 Toyota Highlander on or about October 4, 2023. On the same day, he allegedly attempted to carjack a Hyundai Genesis, an incident that resulted in a victim sustaining a gunshot wound to the arm.
