Huntington man receives nearly six-year prison sentence for fentanyl distribution

Robert Curtis Denham, also known as “Reala Deala” and “RD,” has been sentenced to five years and 10 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for distributing fentanyl. The sentencing took place on October 20, 2025.

Court documents state that on October 30, 2024, Denham sold fentanyl to a confidential informant at an apartment in Huntington. Denham admitted to arranging and conducting the transaction. He also acknowledged responsibility for additional quantities of fentanyl as part of his criminal conduct.
