U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reported several recent enforcement actions in a series of posts on its official X account, highlighting operations against international crime and efforts to remove criminal aliens from the United States.
On December 14, 2025, ICE announced charges against an alleged associate of two major Mexican drug cartels. The agency stated, “‘BROTHER WANG’ CHARGED IN A HUGE ICE WIN AGAINST MEXICAN CARTELS

In another update on December 15, 2025, ICE highlighted cooperation between federal immigration authorities and state corrections officials in Massachusetts. These announcements come as part of ongoing efforts by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to combat transnational crime organizations—including drug cartels—and to remove non-citizens convicted of serious offenses from the country. Through programs such as the 287(g) partnership agreements with local law enforcement agencies, ICE aims to enhance public safety by identifying and removing individuals involved in criminal activity or those subject to final orders of removal.
