The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, led by Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO), will hold a markup session on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET in the Rayburn House Office Building. The committee is set to review several legislative proposals that address issues such as protecting the U.S. National Airspace System during federal funding lapses, improving water quality, enhancing emergency communications in federal buildings, and relocating the FBI headquarters.
Among the bills scheduled for consideration are amendments to the American Water Stewardship Act and the ACPAC Modernization Act. Other measures include the Aviation Supply Chain Safety and Security Digitization Act of 2025, Airport Regulatory Relief Act of 2025, Recreational Drone Empowerment Act, Aviation Funding Solvency Act, Supersonic Aviation Modernization Act, and the SAFE TRACKS Act.
The committee will also examine legislation directing the General Services Administration to report on its real estate portfolio and consider the Federal Building Threat Notification Act. Additionally, resolutions related to capital investment and leasing programs for federal buildings are on the agenda.
