The agency stated in a tweet dated December 23, "ICE arrested Evelyn Martinez-Rodriguez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, Dec. 9. Her rap sheet includes arrests for TORTURE/WILLFUL CHILD ABUSE, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and ASSAULT."

On December 18, ICE reported the arrest of another individual. In its statement published on December 23, the agency wrote: "ICE arrested Jose Solorzano-Chavez, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador with an existing removal order, Dec. 18. His criminal history includes an arrest for ATTEMPTED MURDER."

Additionally, ICE posted that Alejandro Ojose-Asto was taken into custody on December 10. The tweet from December 23 reads: "ICE arrested Alejandro Ojose-Asto, a criminal illegal alien from Peru, Dec. 10. His criminal history includes arrests for RAPE, ASSAULT, UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT and OBSTRUCTION OF BREATHING/CIRCULATION."
