House Education and Workforce Committee to mark up bills on education and boxing protections

The House Committee on Education and Workforce, led by Chairman Rep. Tim Walberg (R-MI), is scheduled to hold a markup session on Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. The committee will consider three bills focused on charter schools, educational access, and protections for professional boxers.

The proposed legislation includes H.R. 7082, known as the Fostering Learning and Excellence in Charter Schools (FLEX) Act; H.R. 7086, the Equitable Access to School Facilities Act; and H.R. 4624, the Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act.
