A woman from Barboursville, Kentucky, Raven Broughton-Jones, 31, has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for producing child pornography. The sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge Robert Wier.
Court documents state that on January 5, 2024, Broughton-Jones used a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct and participated in the act herself to create visual material of the incident.

Paul McCaffrey, First Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky; Colin Jackson, Acting Special Agent in Charge with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); and Chief Greg Lucas of the Barboursville Police Department announced the conviction together.
The investigation was led by HSI and the Barboursville Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Justin Blankenship prosecuted the case.
