Federal grand jury returns indictments on drug trafficking and immigration offenses

United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the results of the January Federal Grand Jury 2025-B indictments. The indictments include several individuals charged with various violations of federal law in the Northern District of Oklahoma.

According to the announcement, Marco Demon Campbell, 43, and Harold Eddie Davis, 78, both from Tulsa, face charges related to drug trafficking. Campbell is accused of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute and both are charged with maintaining a residence for drug distribution. Campbell also faces charges for possessing firearms during drug trafficking and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Tulsa Police Department investigated this case. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jessica Wright and Mike Flesher are prosecuting.

Genesis Pinacho Catemaxca, 30, from Tulsa, is charged with two counts of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute. She also faces charges for carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking crime in October 2025 and possessing a firearm in January 2026 while engaging in similar activity. This case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Nasar is handling prosecution.

Jacob Lee Crain, 28, from Tulsa, is accused of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute as well as carrying a firearm during drug trafficking activities. He is also charged as a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The investigation was conducted by the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Flynn.

Juan Martin Guadalupe Flores-Hernandez, 37, identified as a Mexican national, has been indicted for unlawful reentry after previous removals from the United States in August 2006 and again in 2014. Homeland Security Investigations led this case; Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Buscemi is prosecuting.

Gregory Allen Giffin, 43, described as transient and a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, faces an arson charge for allegedly setting fire to an occupied hotel room on tribal land and endangering lives. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Tulsa Police Department investigated with assistance from Tulsa Fire Department Fire Marshals; Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly is prosecuting.

Amber Renee Long, 35, from Tulsa faces charges as a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition after prior felony conviction. The FBI joined ATF and local police on this investigation; Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Kelly is handling prosecution.

Steven Roberto Pineda Amaya, 29-year-old Honduran national has been indicted for unlawful reentry following removals in August 2019 and February 2020; Homeland Security Investigations led this case with prosecution by Assistant U.S. Attorney Niko Boulieris.

Jose Humberto Sandoval Contreras (also referred to as Sandoval Contretas), age 39 from Mexico was indicted for unlawful reentry after removal from the United States in December 2024; Homeland Security Investigations investigated with Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly prosecuting.

Tearrow Sharnel Scott (49) from Tulsa has been charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute following an investigation by DEA’s Tulsa Resident Office along with Muscogee Creek Nation Lighthorse Police Department; prosecution will be handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam Bailey.

An indictment serves only as an accusation that informs defendants about alleged violations; guilt must be proven beyond reasonable doubt in court before any conviction occurs.
