The Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee will hold a hearing to discuss the Administration’s priorities for the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2026. The session is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C.
Subcommittee Chairman Mike Collins (R-GA) announced that members will hear directly from Administration officials about their proposals for WRDA 2026. The hearing is titled “Proposals for a Water Resources Development Act of 2026 – Administration Priorities.”
Testimony will be provided by Adam R. Telle, Assistant Secretary of the United States Army (Civil Works), and Lt. Gen. William H. “Butch” Graham, Jr., Chief of Engineers and Commanding General of the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
