Second Century Ventures, the investment arm of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), has announced that applications are now open for the 2026 REACH Commercial technology growth program. This initiative, which is in its eighth year, aims to support entrepreneurs working on new solutions across all areas of commercial real estate.

The REACH Commercial program focuses on scaling technology companies in sectors such as brokerage, development, housing, and financial services. Selected participants will gain mentorship from leaders in real estate and venture capital; education about navigating the global property industry; access to conferences and networking events; opportunities with media and academic organizations; and entry into a network of over 300 portfolio companies.
