U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shared updates on three criminal cases via its official Twitter account on May 3, 2026, detailing arrests and convictions involving serious offenses across multiple states.
In a post from the early morning, ICE reported the conviction of two individuals for murder. According to the agency: "A Florida woman and California man murdered a Florida man because they believed he stole $90K in drugs, but in fact, the drugs were seized by law enforcement. Tsvia Kol, a U.S. citizen from Florida, and Jimmy Sanchez, a U.S. citizen from California, are now off to prison" (May 3, 2026).
Later that day, ICE addressed another case involving an individual with a significant criminal history: "Nearly three decades ago, Cook County, Ill., convicted Mexican criminal illegal alien Maria Guadalupe Arreola-Rivera of: Two counts of aggravated arson Murder Her criminal history also includes aggravated child abuse. ICE Chicago’s Fugitive Operations team arrested her" (May 3, 2026).
In a third announcement posted in the evening hours of May 3rd, ICE described the results of a recent operation conducted jointly with local law enforcement: "On April 23, 2026, ICE HSI Corpus Christi and the Corpus Christi Police Department executed a search warrant at U.S. citizen Benjamin Milfelt’s property. Our investigative team discovered over 2,000 files of child sex abuse material on Milfelt’s phone during a search of his" (May 3, 2026).
